The founder of Atlantic Philanthropies and funder of Atlantic Fellows donated millions to the University of Limerick

Atlantic Philanthropies founder, Chuck Feeney, a major donor to the University of Limerick, has been honoured with a new €2.5 million conference centre named after him. Ireland's Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe officially opened the conference centre at the Castletroy Park Hotel which was built by Mr Feeney in a ceremony recognising his philanthropic contributions which included funding Atlantic Fellows.
