Harpinder Collacott is a highly respected leader in the international development sector, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational management and external engagement. Her career spans senior roles at Mercy Corps, Development Initiatives and 4Thought Social Ventures, where she has consistently driven transformational change and organizational growth. Most recently, she served as Interim Executive Director of the Global Public Investment network, an alliance of diverse actors calling for innovative and more equitable approaches to progress international finance and cooperation.
Harpinder's previous work represents a compelling combination of experience, understanding and ambition. An effective thought leader, with a systems-thinking mindset, she has extensive expertise in leveraging data, developing high-impact strategies and building policy and partnerships at the highest level.
We are delighted to welcome Harpinder to our leadership team at a pivotal time as the Atlantic Institute continues to reflect on its strategic priorities and future contributions.
She will formally begin her role at the start of September.
