Effective from October, Owen will lead the development and implementation of strategies for community building, collective influence and sustained impact across the global Atlantic Fellows community. Through this role, he will help strengthen the Atlantic Institute's ability to foster collaboration and drive solutions to systemic inequities across disciplines and borders.
Owen brings extensive experience from senior roles across civil society and leadership development networks, where he has supported individuals, teams and organizations in navigating transition and complexity. His career includes positions at Amnesty International and ActionAid International, as well as consultancy work for U.N. agencies. Much of his work has involved cultivating communities of purpose around shared vision, bridging cultural and institutional boundaries.
Most recently, at Leaders’ Quest, Owen designed learning programs to equip senior leaders with transformational tools to respond to systemic challenges. He also serves as a trustee of the Charities Aid Foundation, where he is vice-chair-elect and chair of the Nominations, Remuneration and Culture Committee.
We look forward to benefiting from Owen’s deep commitment to cultivating transformational leadership through co-creation, continual learning and strategies to nurture alignment across differences.
